Belkin has been acknowledged as one of the 500 fastest growing private companies in the United States. Based in California, the company specializes in manufacturing computer hardware. In the home theatre segment, it provides Power Consoles, isolators and surge protectors which are all important accessories for home theatre systems or high-end audio equipment.
Belkin also made a splash in the gaming sphere in October 2007 when it released its new version of hybrid gaming keyboard the n52te. Its key features include a backlit keypad and scroll wheel for control even when the lights are switched off, enhanced tactile feedback and button response for rapid key presses, 15 fully programmable keys, adjustable soft-touch wrist pad for maximum comfort and endurance, programmable 8-way thumb pad with removable joystick, nonslip rubber pads grip in place for aggressive fragging and easy toggle between 3 keymap states. Besides, in partnership with Razer software package, it comes with the ability to personalise multiple player profiles, Razer Synapseô on-board memory and customisation tools for intuitive setup and performance.
